The Sharow Capital Partners have extensive experience in the UK real estate market, having begun their careers in the UK in 1996 and built up an enviable contact base of local and regional agents and real estate owners, perfect for attaining “off market” real estate opportunities. Confidence is quickly returning to the UK regional markets and improving rental prospects present many interesting asset management opportunities.
Our current focus is on value-add opportunities in the “Big Six” cities of Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Bristol where office take-up is heavily influenced by employment growth in professional, technical and scientific fields. The Sharow Capital team is highly experienced in investing in quality, well-constructed, long-term income assets within tight and hard-to-enter markets.
Sharow Capital will source well-located commercial buildings in need of a clear pre-planned CAPEX-led repositioning strategy. We increase capital values and improve income streams by a strong asset management strategy altering the characteristics of assets, rapidly and proactively addressing any capital structure, physical or operating issues, and agree an orchestrated exit strategy.
